Shipping & Delivery

We strive to get your order shipped out the best and quickest way from point A to point B. Your order may take between 5-10 business days to be delivered.  We also offer FREE  local Chicago and Suburbs delivery in 30 mile radius from ZIP code 60005. Local delivery orders may take between 1-2 business days.

Our convenient, flat shipping rates are as follow:

  • Shipping to ND, SD, MN, NE, IA, IL, WI - $45.00 ( first bumper only  - each additional bumper is $20.00 ). Orders are delivered to customer's address by a regional carrier.

  • All other continental US states - $65.00 ( first bumper only  - each additional bumper is $20.00 ). Orders can be picked up at the nearest Greyhound Bus Station. Order can be shipped to a Greyhound Bus Station of customer's choice - please contact us immediately after placing your order.

  • Hawaii, Alaska & Puerto Rico - please call.

  • Canada - all destinations - US$175.00. Canadian buyers are responsible for any additional fees and duties that may apply.

Returns & Replacements

We accept returns up to 14 business days from the day the order was delivered. After 14 days there will be a 25% restocking fee and shipping will not be refundable. Any cancelled orders must be shipped back by the customer at their own expense, unless there was a mistake or a problem at our end - in this case we will cover the shipping costs. If the part is damaged in shipping please contact us as soon as posible so we can ship you a FREE replacement at no cost. If you wish to return the damaged part for a refund, we will schedule a return shipping at our cost, however your original order's shipping fee will not be refunded.

Ordering

Whenever you place the order online please make sure your order the right parts for your vehicle. Make sure the year, make and model is the same as your vehicle. If you are have problems or not sure what you need, please contact us so one of our skilled represenetives can assist you in placing the order. You can place the order online or call us direct and place the order by phone.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept PayPal payments as well as major credit cards such as VISA, MASTER CARD and DISCOVER via PayPal. We also accept checks and money orders. Business checks will be processed right away. Orders with Personal checks will need to wait 5 days for the check to clear before the order will be processed and shipped. Paypal orders will be ONLY shipped to Paypal confirmed addresses. We will not ship the orders to unconfirmed Paypal adressess.

Viewing Orders

Orders can be tracked by either e-mail to info@bumperworksonline.com.com or through our website. Please click on the "Track your order" links at the top of the page and follow the steps to fill in your information.

Updating Account Information & Newsletter Subscription.

You can update your account information at any time by logging into My Account section in front page. There you can change your password and contact data as well as newsletter subscription preferences, shipping adresses etc. If you want to cancel your account please contact us. Your account will be removed within 24 business hours after request.
